The Method:
Developed through repetition and correction.
Unchanged by fashion, trends, or urgency.
Disassembly:
Every vehicle is disassembled completely.
Each component is separated, identified, and assessed individually.
The vehicle is understood in full before any decisions are made.
Foundations:
Chassis and critical metalwork are digitally measured and corrected, or remanufactured entirely.
Where required, new components are fabricated.
Each chassis is treated using a multi stage corrosion protection system developed for long-term durability.
Only once the foundation is resolved does the work progress.
Preparation:
Reassembly begins away from the vehicle.
Components are cleaned, restored, remanufactured, or rebuilt, then prepared and stored individually.
Surface treatments are selected according to material, function, and exposure.
Each part follows a defined route until it is ready to return to the build.
Mechanical Systems:
Engines, gearboxes, and axles are disassembled to the last bolt.
Machining and corrections are carried out, then each system is rebuilt in-house to specification, from the ground up.
Electrical Sustems:
New wiring looms are produced for each vehicle.
They are designed specifically for the build and completed before any cosmetic finishing begins.
Body work:
Original aluminium panels are restored where possible.
New panels are fabricated where required.
Fit is established before finishing begins.
Assembly (Dry Build):
Before finishing, the vehicle is assembled once in full.
Panels are fitted, removed, corrected, and fitted again.
Gaps, lines, and tolerances are resolved at this stage, while everything remains visible.
Only once alignment is complete does the build move forward.
Paint:
Preparation is deliberate and thorough.
Paint is applied in stages, with extended rest periods between processes.
Different surfaces are treated independently, using methods appropriate to their function.
Finishing proceeds at its own pace.
Interior:
Leather is hand cut and stitched.
Materials are selected and specified in advance, then executed with consistency.
Suspension:
Suspension systems are developed in-house and tuned to the vehicle’s intended use.
Control & Testing:
Quality control is continuous throughout the build.
Checks are carried out across systems and stages.
The vehicle is then road tested and refined before completion.
It´s not a flexible process.
It´s a disciplined one.
That discipline is what allows each vehicle to endure.
At a certain point, the method was examined and refined under external industrial discipline, in collaboration with the Kaizen Institute.
